Warning signs worth taking seriously
Problem gambling rarely announces itself; it accumulates. Common markers: chasing losses with money set aside for bills; hiding play or its cost from people close to you; gambling to escape stress rather than for fun; borrowing (or considering it) to play; feeling restless or irritable when trying to stop; and the tell-tale one at bonus-heavy casinos like A Big Candy — claiming every code not because it's fun but because stopping feels wrong. Two or more of those, persisting for weeks, is the point to talk to someone. Earlier is easier.
Practical limits that actually work
Decide your monthly gambling budget away from the screen, in daylight, as a fixed entertainment cost — like a streaming subscription, not an investment. Keep gambling money separate: a prepaid card or a small crypto wallet funds play without exposing your main account. Use time alarms; RTG lobbies have no clock on purpose. Never gamble to recover losses — mathematically the fastest way to deepen them. And treat wins as withdrawals, not ammunition: money out of the cashier is the only money that's really yours.
Tools at A Big Candy specifically
A Big Candy publishes fewer self-limitation tools than regulated casinos — an honest gap we flag in our review. What its support team will do on request, via 24/7 live chat: set a deposit cooldown, suspend your account temporarily, or close it permanently. Say the words "self-exclusion" or "gambling problem" explicitly and agents escalate rather than retain. Because the operator runs several sister casinos, ask for exclusion across all Anden Online brands, not just one — otherwise the family's marketing may still reach you. Blocking software (Gamban, BetBlocker — free for NZ users) closes the browser-level door as well.
Under 18?
Online casino gambling is strictly 18+. If you're younger, no page on this site is for you — and if gambling already has a grip, 1737 counsellors talk to young people every day, confidentially.
One more time, because it's the only number on this site that matters more than any bonus code: 1737, free, 24/7.
