The short version: this is a static information site. We don't ask for your name, we don't run accounts, and we can't see anything you do at A Big Candy Casino.
What we collect
abigcandy-nz.com has no registration forms, no comment system and no newsletter. We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — used for security and uptime monitoring and rotated on the host's normal schedule. We treat those logs in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020: collected for a lawful purpose, kept no longer than needed, and not sold or shared for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. One small piece of local state may be used to remember interface preferences (for example, a dismissed banner) — it identifies your browser, not you. Third parties whose sites you reach through our links set their own cookies under their own policies.
Affiliate links
Buttons and links marked "Visit A Big Candy" (routed through /go/) take you to the casino via an affiliate tracking link. That link tells the casino a visitor arrived from this site so a commission can be attributed; the identifier travels with your click, not with your identity. Anything you subsequently enter at the casino — name, email, payment details, gameplay — is collected by A Big Candy under its privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before registering. We never see your casino credentials, balance or transactions.
If you email [email protected], we receive your address and whatever you write. We use it solely to reply and to fix whatever you reported, and we delete correspondence once resolved. We don't add correspondents to any list.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may request access to, or correction of, personal information an agency holds about you. Given the above, our honest answer to most requests will be "we hold nothing beyond routine server logs" — but you're welcome to ask at the email above. Complaints about privacy handling in New Zealand can be made to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated review date. Material changes (for example, if we ever added analytics) would be flagged prominently, not buried.
